Cleaning the earbuds
- Gently wipe the silicone ear-hook and speaker pod with a soft, dry cloth after each use. This removes skin oils, sweat, and dust.
- Clean the speaker grille with a dry cotton swab. Be gentle — don't push debris further in.
- For sweat or makeup residue, lightly dampen the cloth with water — but never apply water directly to the earbud.
- Never use rubbing alcohol, hand sanitizer, or cleaning sprays directly on the earbuds.
Cleaning the charging case
- Wipe the outside with a soft, dry cloth.
- Clean the charging pins inside the case with a dry cotton swab. Even a thin layer of dust or oil can interfere with charging.
- Keep the case dry. If moisture gets inside, leave it open to air dry before placing the earbuds back in.
How often should I clean them?
- After workouts or sweaty activities: wipe them down right after use to prevent sweat buildup.
- Daily wear: a quick wipe at the end of each day is ideal.
- Charging pins: once a week, or whenever you notice charging issues.
What to avoid
- Don't use water, alcohol, or chemical cleaners directly on the earbuds.
- Don't submerge them in water (they're IPX5 — splash and sweat resistant, not waterproof).
- Don't use sharp objects to clean the speaker grille.
- Don't charge the earbuds or case while they're wet.
