Cleaning the earbuds
- Gently wipe the silicone surface with a soft, dry cloth after each use. This removes skin oils and moisture.
- Clean the speaker mesh with a dry cotton swab. Be gentle — don’t push debris further into the mesh.
- Never submerge the earbuds in water or use rubbing alcohol, hand sanitizer, or cleaning sprays directly on them.
Cleaning the charging case
- Wipe the outside with a soft, dry cloth.
- Clean the charging pins inside the case with a dry cotton swab. Even a thin layer of dust or oil can interfere with charging.
- Keep the case dry. If moisture gets inside, leave it open to air dry before placing the earbuds back in.
How often should I clean them?
- Earbuds: A quick wipe after each night’s use is ideal. A deeper clean of the speaker mesh once a week.
- Case: Wipe the charging pins once a week, or whenever you notice charging issues.
What to avoid
- Don’t use water, alcohol, or chemical cleaners on the earbuds or case.
- Don’t use sharp objects to clean the speaker mesh.
- Don’t charge the earbuds or case while they’re wet.
- Don’t store the earbuds outside the case — the case protects them and keeps them charged.
