My ViSound Hush won’t pair — what should I do?

If your ViSound™ Hush isn’t pairing or connecting properly, don’t worry — it usually takes less than a minute to fix.


Step 1 — Reset the earbuds

A quick reset clears old connections and refreshes the Bluetooth link.

  1. Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open.
  2. Tap either earbud 5 times quickly.
  3. You’ll see the lights flash — the earbuds are now reset and in pairing mode.

Step 2 — Forget the old connection

On your phone or device:

  1. Go to Bluetooth settings.
  2. Find “ViSound Hush” in your paired devices list.
  3. Tap “Forget” or “Unpair”.

Step 3 — Re-pair from scratch

  1. Make sure the earbuds are still in the open case with lights flashing.
  2. In your Bluetooth settings, search for available devices.
  3. Select “ViSound Hush” and tap to connect.

Still not working?

  • Make sure no other Bluetooth headset is connected to your device.
  • Try pairing with a different device to rule out a phone-side issue.
  • Ensure the earbuds have charge — if the lights don’t turn on at all, charge the case for 30 minutes and try again.
