If you hear sound from only one side of your ViSound™ Hush, don’t worry — this is usually just a pairing desynchronization between the earbuds. It’s easy to fix.
Step 1 — Reset both earbuds
- Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open.
- Tap either earbud 5 times quickly.
- Wait for both earbuds’ lights to flash — this means they’ve been reset and re-synced with each other.
Step 2 — Forget and re-pair
- On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings.
- Tap “Forget” or “Unpair” next to ViSound Hush.
- With the earbuds still in the open case, search for “ViSound Hush” in your Bluetooth list and reconnect.
Both earbuds should now play audio.
Using one earbud on purpose
ViSound™ Hush supports mono mode — you can intentionally use just the left or right earbud on its own. This is useful if you want to keep one ear free.
Simply take one earbud out of the case and leave the other inside. The active earbud will connect and play audio by itself.
Still only hearing one side?
- Make sure both earbuds are charged (place them in the case for 15 minutes).
- Check that the silent earbud’s speaker mesh isn’t blocked by debris.
- Try the reset process one more time.
