One earbud isn't charging — what should I check?

If an Ease earbud doesn't light up in the case, it's almost always a contact or power issue. Follow these checks:

  • Make sure it's seated. Put the earbud in its own slot — each slot only accepts its matching earbud, so if it won't sit flush, swap the two. A steady white light means charging has started.
  • Clean the contacts. Wipe the small chrome dome on the earbud and the two contacts inside the case with a dry, soft cloth or a dry cotton swab. Dust, oil or moisture can block the connection.
  • Check the case. If the display on the front is blank, the case is drained. Plug it in with the included USB-C cable and a standard 5V charger for 30 minutes, then try again.
  • Use the right charger. A standard 5V charger or a computer port — not a fast charger with a higher output.

If the white light never comes on after cleaning and charging the case, contact us at support@vionb.com with your order number — your earbuds are covered by a 1-year warranty.
