If your Ease earbuds aren't connecting, try these steps in order:
- Check they're charged. Place both earbuds in the case and confirm each one shows a steady white light. A low battery can prevent pairing. If the case display is blank, charge the case first.
- Look for "CLIP 07." In your Bluetooth list, your earbuds appear as "CLIP 07" (or "Clip07") — not "ViSound Ease." Make sure you're tapping the right name.
- Remove old pairings. On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings and "forget" any existing "CLIP 07" entry. Then try pairing fresh.
- Restart Bluetooth. Turn your phone's Bluetooth off and on again, then take the earbuds out of the case to re-enter pairing mode.
- Stay close. Keep your phone within a few feet while pairing, with nothing between it and the earbuds.
- Reset the earbuds. If they still won't connect, reset them (see our reset guide) and pair again from scratch.
- Try another device. Pair with a different phone or tablet to check whether the issue is with the earbuds or the original device.
If none of these work, contact our support team at support@vionb.com — we're happy to help and your earbuds are covered by a 1-year warranty.
