Ease voice prompts ("Power on," "Connected") are in English by default. The earbuds also have a Chinese prompt option, and it's easy to switch to it by accident.
How it happens: double-tapping an earbud while it's out of the case but not connected to a phone toggles the prompt language.
To switch back to English:
- Make sure the earbuds are out of the case and not connected to your phone (turn Bluetooth off on your phone for a moment, or move out of range).
- Double-tap either earbud once. The prompt announces "English."
- Turn Bluetooth back on — the earbuds reconnect as usual.
This doesn't affect your music or calls in any way — it only changes the language of the short voice prompts.
