Your ViSound Air™ earbuds include two smart features designed to adapt to your lifestyle — whether you’re gaming, watching videos, or using voice commands hands-free.
Game Mode — for ultra-low latency
Purpose: Keeps audio perfectly synced with your screen while gaming or watching videos.
When activated, it reduces delay between sound and visuals — ideal for mobile gaming, TikTok editing, or fast-paced content.
How to activate:
- Make sure your earbuds are connected to your device.
- Quadruple-click either earbud (4 quick taps).
- You’ll hear a short tone — that means Game Mode is ON.
To turn it off:
Quadruple-click again to return to Music Mode.
Voice Assistant — Siri / Google Assistant
Purpose: Control your music, calls, or messages using just your voice.
How to activate:
- Ensure your earbuds are connected.
- Quadruple-click either earbud.
- Your phone’s default voice assistant (Siri or Google Assistant) will launch automatically.
You can now say commands like:
- “Play my workout playlist.”
- “Call John.”
- “What’s the weather today?”
Pro tips
- Game Mode slightly increases power use — switch it off after gaming to save battery.
- Voice Assistant depends on your phone’s settings; make sure Siri or Google Assistant is enabled.
- Both features can be toggled on either earbud — no need to remove one.

Game Mode won't turn off?
If your ViSound Air™ stays stuck in Game Mode and won't switch back to Music Mode, don't worry — this usually happens when the earbuds lost sync during the mode change.
Quick fix:
- Place both earbuds back in the charging case.
- On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings and tap "Forget" or "Unpair" SK26.
- Close the case, wait 5 seconds, then reopen it.
- Reconnect to SK26 in your Bluetooth settings.
- Once connected, quadruple-tap either earbud to toggle Game Mode off.
If the issue persists, do a full factory reset: tap either earbud 5 times quickly while the earbuds are out of the case. Then re-pair from scratch.
