Ease is a clip-on earbud — it rests on the outer rim of your ear, not inside the canal. Here's how to wear it:
- Hold the earbud with the larger pod (the speaker side) facing your ear opening.
- Gently open the clip and slide it over the outer rim of your ear (the cartilage edge).
- Release — the flexible bridge holds it in place, with the small chrome dome resting behind the rim.
- The speaker sits just outside your ear canal, directing sound in while keeping you aware of your surroundings.
For the best fit:
- The earbud should feel light and secure, never pinch. If it feels tight, reposition it slightly higher or lower on the rim.
- Nothing goes in your ear and nothing hooks behind it, so there's no pressure to build up over a long day — that's the whole idea.
- Ease is made for a long day: the commute, the office, the school run, the work site. It is not designed for running or the gym — for that, ViSound Open is the earbud built to stay put while you move.
If an earbud feels loose, try sliding it a little further along the rim until the bridge sits snugly over the cartilage.
