Your ViSound Air™ earbuds are covered by our 1-year manufacturer's warranty, protecting you against functional defects and quality issues.

We stand behind the product — if something goes wrong that shouldn't, we'll make it right.


What's covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional issues not caused by misuse
  • Battery, pairing, or charging problems (non-accidental)
  • Faulty components under normal use

What's not covered

  • Physical or accidental damage (drops, crushed earbuds, etc.)
  • Water damage beyond splash resistance (IPX5 protects against sweat and splashes, not submersion)
  • Scratches or cosmetic wear from daily use
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Devices returned without a completed warranty request

How to claim warranty support

Email us at support@vionb.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number or purchase date
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or video if relevant
  • Your current shipping address

Our team will review your claim and respond within 24 hours.

  • Warranty applies to products purchased from our official website at vionb.com
  • Coverage is valid for 1 year from the date of delivery
  • Misuse or unauthorized repairs void the warranty
