- Battery, pairing, or charging problems (non-accidental)

What's not covered
- Physical or accidental damage (drops, crushed earbuds, etc.)
- Water damage beyond splash resistance (IPX5 protects against sweat and splashes, not submersion)
- Scratches or cosmetic wear from daily use
- Lost or stolen items
- Devices returned without a completed warranty request
How to claim warranty support

- Your full name
- Order number or purchase date
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or video if relevant
- Your current shipping address
Our team will review your claim and respond within 24 hours.
