60-Day Home Trial: Try your Adorn earbuds at home for 60 days. If they don't feel right for any reason, send them back for a full refund — no questions asked. (Excludes custom or personalized products.)
1-Year Warranty: Adorn comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong with your earbuds under normal use, we'll help with support and a replacement.
To start a return or warranty claim, contact our support team at support@vionb.com with your order number and we'll take care of you.
