My ViSound™ Adorn won't connect or pair. What should I do?

If your Adorn earbuds aren't connecting, try these steps in order:


  1. Check they're charged. Place both earbuds in the case and confirm they're charging (green light). A low battery can prevent pairing.

  2. Look for "CLIP 04." In your Bluetooth list, your earbuds appear as "CLIP 04" — not "ViSound Adorn." Make sure you're tapping the right name.

  3. Remove old pairings. On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings and "forget" or remove any existing "CLIP 04" entry. Then try pairing fresh.

  4. Restart Bluetooth. Turn your phone's Bluetooth off and on again, then take the earbuds out of the case to re-enter pairing mode.

  5. Reset the earbuds. If they still won't connect, reset them (see our reset guide) and pair again from scratch.

  6. Try another device. Pair with a different phone or tablet to check whether the issue is with the earbuds or the original device.
