Pairing your ViSound™ Open takes just a few seconds — no app required.
First-time pairing
- Open the charging case. Both earbuds will power on automatically and enter pairing mode.
- On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings and look for "YYK-Q16" in the list of available devices. (This is the technical name for ViSound™ Open — they're the same product.)
- Tap "YYK-Q16" to connect. Once paired, you'll hear a confirmation tone.
That's it. Next time you open the case, your ViSound Open will auto-connect to your phone instantly.
Switching between devices
ViSound™ Open connects to one device at a time for the most stable connection.
To switch from your phone to a tablet or laptop:
- On your current device, go to Bluetooth settings and disconnect YYK-Q16.
- On your new device, go to Bluetooth settings and select YYK-Q16. It connects within seconds.
Your earbuds remember previously paired devices, so you won't need to go through the full pairing process again.
Compatible with: iPhones, Android phones, iPads, tablets, laptops (Mac & Windows), and any device with Bluetooth 5.3 or earlier.
Troubleshooting
- If ViSound Open doesn't appear in your Bluetooth list, put the earbuds back in the case, close it for 10 seconds, then try again.
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and your device isn't already connected to another headset.
