Pairing your ViSound Air™ takes just a few seconds — no app required.
Step-by-step pairing guide
- Open the charging case. Both earbuds will power on automatically.
- Wait for the indicator lights to flash alternately — this means they’re in pairing mode.
- On your phone or laptop, go to your Bluetooth settings and search for: “SK26”
- Tap “SK26” to connect. Once paired, the lights on the earbuds will stop flashing.
- Next time you open the case, your ViSound Air™ will auto-connect instantly to the last paired device.
Tips for a smooth connection
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and your device isn’t already connected to another headset.
- Keep the earbuds within 10 meters (33 ft) of your device for the most stable signal.
- If you ever need to connect to a new device, reset the earbuds by clicking either earbud five times, then repeat the steps above.
Switching between devices
ViSound Air™ connects to one device at a time for the most stable performance — but switching is quick and easy.
To switch from your phone to your laptop (or any other device):
- On your current device, go to Bluetooth settings and disconnect SK26. (You don't need to unpair — just disconnect.)
- On your new device, go to Bluetooth settings and select SK26. It will connect within seconds.
To switch back: Disconnect from the second device, and connect again on the first. Your earbuds remember previously paired devices, so you won't need to go through the full pairing process again.
