Your ViSound Air™ earbuds and charging case use simple LED indicators to show what’s happening — from pairing to charging.
Here’s how to read them:
Earbuds
| Light Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 🔵 Flashing alternately (blue/red) | The earbuds are in pairing mode and ready to connect. |
| 🔵 Solid light (no flashing) | Successfully connected to your device. |
| 🔴 Red light on earbuds | Charging in progress inside the case. |
| ⚫ No light | Fully charged or powered off. |
| 🔵 Fast blinking (after reset) | Factory reset completed and ready to pair again. |
Charging Case
| Display / Light | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 💡 LED display shows numbers (0–100%) | Indicates the case battery level. |
| 🔴 Red light inside the case | Earbuds are charging. |
| Display shows 100% | The case is fully charged — you can unplug it. |
No lights at all?
If your earbuds or case show no lights at all, it doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong. LEDs turn off automatically when the earbuds or case are fully charged or in standby mode.
If you're expecting lights and see none:
- Check the case battery — plug it in with the included USB-C cable for at least 30 minutes, then try again.
- Re-seat the earbuds — take them out and place them back in, making sure each one clicks onto the charging pins.
- Clean the contacts — use a dry cotton swab to gently wipe the metal pins inside the case and on the earbuds.
If the case charges (display shows a number) but the earbuds don't show any red light when placed inside, try a factory reset: tap either earbud 5 times quickly while out of the case, then re-pair.
