Need to cancel your order?
You have 24 hours after purchase to cancel your order. To request a cancellation, you must fill out our cancellation form — cancellation requests by email or chat alone cannot be processed.
If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you can request a return once it arrives.
Most issues can be resolved without a return
Before starting a return, reach out to us. In many cases, we can find a solution — a replacement, a troubleshooting fix, or another resolution — without you needing to send anything back.

How to start a return

- Include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team before sending anything back.
Important: Do not return any item without prior approval from our team. Items returned without prior authorization, without a valid reason, or outside the 60-day window may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
Change-of-mind returns
If you're returning because the product doesn't suit your preferences (not due to a defect):
- Refund applies to the product price only
- Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, and applicable taxes are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
- Once confirmed, you'll receive a full refund including product price, shipping fees, and applicable taxes

Refund timeline
- Returned items are inspected within 10 business days of receipt
- If approved, your refund is processed within 10 business days
- Refunds go to your original payment method
- Your bank may take additional time to post the credit
Non-returnable items
- Custom or personalized products
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items showing excessive wear or damage beyond normal use
- Items returned with signs of use or damage beyond normal inspection may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 40% of the purchase price, depending on condition
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product or color:
- Return the original item using the process above.
- Place a new order for the item you want.
This ensures faster processing — you don't have to wait for us to receive your return before ordering the new item.
