What you can change
- Shipping address
- Email address
- Product color or variant
- Cancel the order completely
How to request a change
Email us at support@vionb.com with:
- Your order number
- What you'd like to change (or that you'd like to cancel)
Our team will confirm your request within 24 hours.
Time window
You have 24 hours after placing your order to request changes or a cancellation. After that, your order may already be in processing or transit.
If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled. You're welcome to return it once it arrives — see our Returns and Refunds article for details.
Good to know
- Address corrections are only possible before shipment — please double-check at checkout.
- If you placed your order within the last few hours, reach out right away for the best chance of catching it in time.
