Tip: Tracking information usually appears within 24–48 hours after your order ships. If you don't see updates right away, that's normal.

All orders include tracked delivery. Processing takes 1–2 business days before shipment.


My tracking hasn't updated

Tracking updates can sometimes pause during transit — especially when your package moves between carriers or through customs. Here's what to expect:

No update for 1–3 days: Completely normal. Carriers don't always scan at every checkpoint.

No update for 5+ days: Your package is likely moving between shipping hubs. Check again in 48 hours — most packages resume tracking after a carrier handoff.

No update for 10+ business days: Reach out to us at support@vionb.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and get back to you within 48 hours.


My tracking shows international shipping

VionB products ship from our international fulfillment centers, so your tracking may show international origin before being handed off to your local carrier for final delivery.

For US orders, this typically means your package will be delivered by USPS, LaserShip, or another local carrier once it enters the country. For UK orders, Royal Mail handles the final delivery. For Australia, Australia Post.

This is our standard fulfillment process — it's how we keep shipping free on qualifying orders while ensuring tracked, protected delivery worldwide.


It's been longer than expected

If your order has passed the estimated delivery window:

  1. Check your tracking one more time — sometimes there's a final update that means delivery is imminent.
  2. Email us at support@vionb.com with your order number. Our team responds within 24 hours.
  3. We'll resolve it. Whether that means tracking down your package with the carrier or sending a replacement — we'll make sure you're taken care of.

Customs delays: International shipments occasionally experience delays at customs. These are outside our control, but in most cases packages clear within a few additional business days.


Multi-part shipments

If you ordered multiple items (for example, with our Buy One Get One offer), your order may arrive in separate packages. Each part will have its own tracking number, and you'll receive an email for each shipment.
