I Haven't Received My Order

If your order hasn't arrived and the estimated delivery window has passed, we want to help resolve this as quickly as possible.


First, check your tracking

Visit vionb.com/pages/track-your-order and enter your order number and email. Look for the most recent tracking status:

"In transit" or "Out for delivery": Your package is still moving. It may arrive within the next few business days. See our Where Is My Order? article for details on tracking gaps.

"Delivered": The carrier marked it as delivered. Check with neighbors, your mailroom, or any safe spots around your property. If you still can't find it, contact us — we'll investigate.

No tracking update in 14+ days: Your package may be stuck or lost. Contact us right away so we can take action.


Contact us for resolution

Email us at support@vionb.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the situation
  • Your current shipping address (in case it needs to be updated)

Our team will respond within 24 hours and work with the carrier to locate your package.


What happens next

If we determine your package is lost or undeliverable, we'll offer one of the following:

  • A replacement order shipped to you at no additional cost
  • A full refund to your original payment method
