There's no "L" or "R" printed on Ease earbuds — and you don't need one.
The case tells you. Each slot in the charging case only accepts its own earbud: the left earbud won't seat in the right slot, and vice versa. So the earbud you take from the left slot is the left one, and it goes on your left ear.
If an earbud won't sit in a slot, it's in the wrong slot — swap the two and it will click in.
On the ear, both earbuds sit the same way: the larger matte pod rests at the entrance of your ear, the thin bridge rides over the rim, and the small chrome dome sits behind the rim.
Why it matters: the touch controls are side-specific. The right earbud handles volume up and next track, the left earbud handles volume down and previous track. If your volume taps seem to do the opposite of what you expect, you may have the earbuds on the wrong ears.
