ViSound™ Drift comes with three silicone ear tip sizes — S, M, and L — so you can find the fit that works best for your ears.
Size M is pre-installed, but switching to S or L can make a big difference in comfort, sound quality, and how secure they feel.
How to find the right ear tip size
Start with M (pre-installed). Insert the earbuds and check:
- Do they feel snug but not tight? → M is your size
- Do they feel loose, or sound is thin/tinny? → Try L for a better seal
- Do they feel tight, or create pressure? → Switch to S
A good seal makes all the difference — it improves bass, noise isolation, and how secure the earbuds feel in your ears.
How to insert ViSound Drift
- Match L and R — check the markings inside each earbud.
- Gently angle the earbud into your ear canal — don't push straight in. Aim slightly forward.
- Twist slightly until the ear tip creates a light seal.
- You should feel a soft, comfortable fit with no pressure on your cartilage.
What a good fit feels like
- Sound is full and rich with noticeable bass — not thin or tinny
- The earbuds stay in place without constant adjusting
- You can lay on your side without them falling out or causing pressure
- External noise feels naturally reduced
What if they don't feel right?
Thin or tinny sound: The ear tips aren't sealing properly. Try the next size up (L). A proper seal is the #1 factor for good sound.
Pressure or soreness after 30+ minutes: Switch to the smaller size (S). Drift is designed for all-day comfort — if you feel pressure, the tips are too large for your ear canal.
Falling out during sleep or movement: Try the larger size (L) for a more secure hold. Also check you're using the correct L/R earbud for each ear.
One ear fits differently than the other: That's normal — many people have slightly different ear canals. You can use a different tip size on each side (e.g., M on the left, L on the right).
Give it a few days
Silicone ear tips soften slightly with use. Most customers find the fit improves after 2–3 sessions as the material conforms to your ears.
