Keeping your Ease earbuds clean helps them look great and perform their best.
To clean the earbuds:
- Wipe them gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
- Avoid getting moisture into the speaker area or onto the chrome charging contact.
- Do not use alcohol, solvents, or abrasive cleaners.
To clean the charging case:
- Wipe the outside with a soft, dry cloth.
- Keep the charging contacts inside the slots clean and dry. If they look dusty, use a dry cotton swab to gently clean them.
General care:
- Store your earbuds in the case when not in use.
- Keep them away from heat sources, direct sunlight and strong magnets.
- Avoid dropping the earbuds or case on hard surfaces, and don't try to open or disassemble any part — it voids the warranty.
- If you won't use them for a while, charge the case once every three months.
A quick wipe-down every so often keeps your Ease looking as good as the day you got them.
