Charging is simple — just put your earbuds back in the case and they recharge automatically.

Talk time on a call is about 4 to 5 hours per charge.
Charging the case
- Plug the included USB-C cable into the case and connect it to a standard 5V charger or a computer port.
- Please note: Ease does not support fast charging — don't use a fast charger with an output above 5V.
- While the case is charging, the last digit on the display flashes. When the display stays steady at 99, the case is full and you can unplug it.
Charging the earbuds
- Place both earbuds in the case, each in its own slot. They begin charging automatically.
- White light steady on the earbud = charging.
- No light = fully charged. If an earbud never lights up at all, lift it out and re-seat it on the contacts.
- A full charge takes about 1.5 hours.
Tips:
- The number on the front of the case is the case's own battery level — 99 means full, so a case showing 85 or 60 is perfectly normal.
- If you hear a double beep in your ear, that earbud is low on battery — pop it back in the case.
- If you won't use your Ease for a while, charge it once every three months to keep the batteries healthy.
