ViSound Ease has no water-resistance rating, so please keep them dry.
Please avoid:
- Rain — take them off or cover them if it starts to rain.
- Showers, swimming and baths — never immerse them in water or any other liquid.
- Sweat-heavy workouts — Ease is made for a long day, not for the gym.
If they do get wet:
- Take them out of the case right away and wipe off any visible moisture with a soft, dry cloth.
- Don't use or charge them while damp. Let the earbuds and the open case air-dry in a cool, ventilated spot for 24 hours — no hairdryer, heater or direct sun.
- Once completely dry, put them back in the case and check that the white charging light comes on.
