How do I reset my ViSound Adorn?

Resetting your Adorn earbuds can resolve most connection and sync issues.



To reset:


  1. On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings and remove/"forget" the "CLIP 04" connection.
  2. Place both earbuds in the charging case.
  3. Remove both earbuds — they power on automatically and re-enter pairing mode (lights flashing white and blue alternately).
  4. Open your phone's Bluetooth list and connect to "CLIP 04" again.

This clears the previous connection and lets your earbuds pair fresh. After resetting, both earbuds should sync together and connect normally.
